Lead Developer for Equities Technology

Join Citi as a Lead Developer focusing on Equities Technology to shape a robust trading platform. This role is pivotal for core Java developers with experience in a fast-paced trading environment.
You will enhance trading functionality for the Equities Cash Order Management System catering to global traders. This senior-level role covers the complete software development lifecycle, from development to ongoing support. Work with a variety of teams to ensure security and stability while enhancing trading capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with Sales and Trading for requirement analysis
• Analyze complex business and system processes
• Ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint
• Collaborate to enhance existing processes and functionality
• Design automated integration testing strategies
Requirements:
• 6-10 years in Java development or systems analysis
• Familiar with Equities trading platforms and AI technologies
• Proficient in modern cloud and container technologies
• Experience with developer tools like BitBucket and Jira
• Bachelor's degree required, master’s preferred
