Looking to hire Bookkeeping and Tax preparation
K&R TAXSERVICES looking for someone to help us with income tax preparation and office administration Seeking the following:
With prior experience and working knowledge with tax software DT Max, Quickbooks desktop, Quickbooks online and Microsoft Excel.Detail oriented and Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meetings with a clients, answering phone, comfortable working with different complexities of tax returns (self-employment, rental properties, etc).
Job Types: Part-time, $18.00 to 24.00 per week -flexible working schedule, (opportunity for a full time employee)
Salary: Between $18.00 and $24.00 per hour
Experience and requirements:
* Minimum 5 year accounting bookkeeping diploma* Min 2 year experience with Tax preparation* Familiar with accounting and bookkeeping functionality* office administration duties* Fluency in English
