En tant que Gestionnaire de magasin local pour Moomoo Financial Canada, vous superviserez les opérations quotidiennes de notre emplacement physique, en garantissant une expérience client exceptionnelle, une efficacité opérationnelle et une adéquation avec la marque innovante et technologique de Moomoo. Vous recruterez et développerez une équipe performante, favoriserez une culture d'expertise financière et de service centré sur la clientèle, et collaborerez à l'optimisation de l'environnement du magasin pour stimuler l'engagement et la conformité.
Responsabilités
- Acquisition de talents & développement d'équipe
- Recruter des talents exceptionnels : Sourcer, interviewer et embaucher des profils alliant aptitudes au service client et connaissances du secteur financier (ex. : plateformes de trading, produits d'investissement).
- Adéquation culturelle : Privilégier les profils alignés sur les valeurs de Moomoo (innovation, transparence, autonomisation de la clientèle).
- Diversité & inclusion : Bâtir une équipe reflétant la diversité multiculturelle du Canada pour renforcer la confiance et le lien avec la clientèle.
- Formation & développement du personnel
- Programmes d'intégration : Concevoir et déployer des modules de formation (ouverture de comptes : CELI, REER, comptes sur marge ; produits financiers : actions, FNB, options ; conformité FINTRAC, IIROC et AML).
- Formation continue : Animer des ateliers sur les tendances de marché, les mises à jour de la plateforme (ex. : fonctionnalités de l'app Moomoo) et la gestion des objections clients.
- Mises en situation & évaluations : Utiliser des scénarios simulés pour perfectionner les compétences du personnel (ex. : tolérance au risque, structures de frais).
- Indicateurs de performance : Suivre les KPI (taux d'activation de comptes, satisfaction client, résultats d'audits) pour identifier les besoins de formation.
- Optimisation de l'aménagement & retours clients
- Parcours client : Collaborer avec l'équipe design pour optimiser la fluidité de l'espace (zones d'accueil, espaces de consultation).
- Intégration technologique : Promouvoir des outils digitaux (bornes interactives, tablettes de démonstration) pour renforcer l'image technologique de Moomoo.
- Conformité & sécurité : Garantir le respect des normes (confidentialité des documents, accessibilité).
- Tests A/B : Expérimenter des modifications d'aménagement et mesurer leur impact (ex. : temps en magasin, taux de conversion).
- Gestion opérationnelle du magasin
- Opérations & conformité : Superviser les activités quotidiennes dans le respect des réglementations (FINTRAC, IIROC, PIPEDA) pour les transactions, stockage de documents et sécurité.
- Acquisition & conversion client : Accompagner l'onboarding, gérer le flux de clientèle, les rendez-vous et les outils technologiques (terminaux de trading, bornes) pour optimiser le service.
- Inventaire, événements & rapports : Gérer les stocks, organiser des événements et produire des rapports hebdomadaires de performance.
- Tâches principales complémentaires
- Pilotage commercial : Atteindre les objectifs (croissance des comptes, actifs sous gestion, taux de recommandation).
- Supervision de la conformité : Auditer les processus (documents KYC, reporting des transactions) pour réduire les risques.
- Engagement communautaire : Animer des séminaires d'éducation financière pour positionner Moomoo comme ressource locale de confiance.
- Gestion budgétaire : Maîtriser les dépenses tout en maintenant des standards élevés (technologie, services clients).
Requirements
- Formation : Baccalauréat en administration, finance ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : 5+ ans en gestion de points de vente financiers (ex. : succursale bancaire, bureau de courtage).
- Compétences :
- Expertise des réglementations financières canadiennes et des plateformes de trading.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et de l'analyse de données.
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français) : atout majeur.
- Leadership : Capacité avérée à motiver des équipes dans un environnement dynamique et client-centré.
