Crypto AML Team Lead — Lead Investigations & Innovation
Wealthsimple Inc.
Wealthsimple Inc. is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for the AML function in Canada. You will mentor a team of Analysts, oversee investigations, and drive improvements in money-laundering risk controls across fiat and digital asset transactions.
You will stay current on typologies and regulatory changes, coach continuous learning, and partner with stakeholders to elevate the organization’s anti-financial crime program. This hybrid role supports growth and operational excellence.
