About the Opportunity Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support organizational decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives and business opportunities. Prepare executive-level reporting and provide financial insights to support performance management and strategic planning. Support and optimize financial planning and reporting systems, including workflow design, reporting enhancements, and process improvements. Create dashboards, analytics, and management reports using business intelligence and financial planning tools. Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting efficiency. Establish and maintain consistent financial metrics, reporting standards, and governance practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and planning processes across the organization. About You Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred. 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical role. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities. Experience working with enterprise financial planning, ERP, or performance management systems. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Demonstrated success supporting process improvement, systems implementations, or finance transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively partnering with leaders across the organization.
