Why Work Here Hybrid work model with flexibility- 1-2 days in office a week Hands on role with meaningful impact on audit execution and accounting projects Close partnership with Accounting, Finance, and external auditors Clear opportunity for growth and progression Competitive salary package About the Opportunity Audit Support & Execution (40%) Lead and support external financial audit including audit walkthroughs, interim audits, and quarterly reviews by preparing complex audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation Coordinate and respond to auditor inquiries, perform detailed analyses and support the resolution of audit findings to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant audit outcomes Accounting Projects & Technical Support (40%) Support accounting related initiatives such as new IFRS accounting standard implementations (IFRS 18), policy updates, transaction reviews, and special accounting analyses; Perform technical accounting research and prepare documentation to support accounting positions, estimates, and judgments. Financial Analysis, Controls & Stakeholder Support (20%) Prepare and review complex account reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting calculations Support internal controls over financial reporting, including documentation and remediation of control gaps Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within audit processes Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to Accounting, Finance, and audit stakeholders About You Finance/ Accounting Degree CPA designation or equivalent 3-5 years of experience is an asset SAP or any other accounting software knowledge is preferred but not mandatory Audit experience with large size accounting firm or within public company environment Good analytical and problem solving skills Willingness to learn A good team player Salary Range $95,000 - $105,000 / year How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
