Nous recherchons un Analyste QA expérimenté pour agir comme expert en assurance qualité au sein de l’écosystème Dynamo. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le QA Lead de la System Team et les équipes de livraison afin de concevoir, mettre en œuvre et promouvoir une stratégie de tests de bout en bout, fluide et harmonisée.
Ce rôle vous permettra de contribuer à des projets d’envergure, d’influencer les meilleures pratiques en assurance qualité et de collaborer avec des professionnels de haut niveau, tant techniques que métiers.
Exigences et compétences techniques
Baccalauréat en informatique ou formation équivalente.
Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en technologies de l’information.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tests qualité.
Expérience de projets réalisés en mode Agile, avec connaissance des frameworks tels que Scrum, Kanban ou autres.
Expérience avec l’agilité à l’échelle (SAFe, LeSS, DAD) – un atout.
Maîtrise des outils : Jira, Xray, Cypress, Playwright.
Connaissance des progiciels en assurance collective (un atout) : Vi-Tech, Global IQX, Fineos, Telus.
Expérience dans des projets d’intégration – un atout.
Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit.
Maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit.
Définir et proposer une stratégie complète de tests qualité couvrant l’ensemble des projets.
Assurer la communication claire et efficace de cette stratégie aux chefs de projet et aux équipes.
Garantir l’alignement des pratiques de tests avec les standards et exigences techniques et métiers.
Promouvoir et intégrer l’assurance qualité dans toutes les étapes du cycle de développement.
Collaborer avec le QA Lead, les architectes et les équipes de livraison pour mettre en place la stratégie de tests de bout en bout.
Communiquer efficacement avec les ressources techniques et métiers pour comprendre et traduire les exigences en plans de tests pertinents.
Animer et participer aux réunions avec les parties prenantes (internes et externes).
Conseiller la direction sur les meilleures pratiques en assurance qualité.
Jouer un rôle de leader en soutenant l’adoption et l’application de la stratégie QA dans l’ensemble des chantiers.
Connaissance approfondie des environnements d’assurance collective.
Expérience en intégration de systèmes complexes.
Capacité à influencer positivement les équipes et à fédérer autour de la qualité.
Expérience dans des environnements Agile à grande échelle.
