B2B Outreach & Partnership Development Assistant for Wellness Food Brand

We are looking for an experienced B2B Outreach and Partnership Development Assistant to help A+ Smoodees create qualified business conversations, partnerships, influencer relationships, and sales opportunities.

This is not a basic admin VA role and not a random lead-list role.

A+ Smoodees is a vegan and gluten-free smoothie, functional nutrition, and wellness brand based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We offer plant-based smoothies, cleanses, ginger turmeric boosters, and our flagship Styrian pumpkin seed powder, used by customers looking for plant-based iron, protein, magnesium, zinc, and daily wellness support.

We are not just a regular smoothie shop or juice bar. We focus on real food, functional nutrition, education, consistency, and helping customers make better daily wellness choices.

Main Priority

This role is approximately 80% revenue-generating outreach and 20% admin support.

The goal is to help us get in front of the right people and create qualified conversations that can lead to B2B sales, wholesale opportunities, corporate wellness partnerships, practitioner referrals, influencer collaborations, community partnerships, and appointments.

Who You Will Research & Contact

Strong-fit leads may include wellness clinics, naturopaths, dietitians, women’s health clinics, Pilates/yoga studios, gyms, corporate wellness programs, health food stores, gluten-free/vegan businesses, wellness practitioners, community organizations, micro-influencers, and wellness creators.

I am not looking for someone who simply pulls names from Google Maps, Apollo, AI tools, or directories. Tools are helpful, but tools are not the strategy.

For each lead, identify who they are, who their customer is, why they may be a fit, which A+ product/offer makes sense, the decision-maker, best outreach channel, and next step.

Outreach Work

You may help with email, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, phone calls where appropriate, contact forms, community groups, influencer outreach, follow-up messages, and appointment setting.

Most people do not respond to one cold email. This requires thoughtful multi-channel outreach and consistent follow-up.

You must understand the difference between collecting contacts, qualifying opportunities, starting relationships, maintaining relationships, and moving conversations toward meetings, partnerships, or sales.

Tracking & Reporting

You must maintain a clean outreach tracker with business name, category, website, social links, contact person, email/phone/best contact method, why they fit, product/offer to pitch, outreach angle, date contacted, follow-up date, response status, next step, notes, and meeting status.

Daily updates should include leads researched, leads qualified, outreach sent, replies received, follow-ups completed/scheduled, warm opportunities, meetings booked, blockers, and questions requiring my input.

Helpful Bonus Skills

Shopify order support, Google Sheets/Excel, customer follow-up, delivery coordination, basic customer service, Canva, CRM setup, influencer tracking, and outreach template organization are helpful but secondary.

Please do not apply if you only create random lead lists, rely only on AI tools, send generic copy-and-paste messages, cannot explain why a lead fits, need to be taught basic research, or mainly want admin work.

3. After reviewing A+ Smoodees online, what types of businesses, communities, or people should we focus on first for outreach, and why?
4. What types of businesses would you avoid or place lower priority, and why?
5. What would your daily outreach report include?
6. For 15 hours per week, what would you realistically aim to complete weekly: qualified leads researched, outreach sent, follow-ups completed, replies received, warm conversations, and meetings booked?
7. Can you provide an anonymized example of a previous outreach tracker, CRM pipeline, daily report, or outreach message?
