Electrical/Automation Engineering Graduate - Global Trainee (Ontario) – Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada – Department: Industrial Operations

The successful candidates will be hired as part of our Global Trainee (GT) Program. The program includes opportunities for training, international travel, and networking.

The Global Trainee position contributes to a specific function while they learn, train and improve skills in that particular area to gain a profound understanding of processes, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Observe core processes through on‑the‑job training, project assignments, and training activities.
• Collaborate on critical projects execution.
• Learn about Tenaris strategy, systems, and processes.
• Analyze information and prepare deliverables such as reports and process documents.
• Gain deep knowledge of the processes exposed to.
• Maintain regular contact with other areas of the company and interact with different hierarchical levels to achieve expected performance and results.
• Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure area results.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards and ensure adherence with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Less than 4 years of related professional experience.
• Graduated with an engineering degree in the last 4 years; specialization in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics.
• Excellent Office Suite skills.
• Self‑driven and self‑starter.
• Solid decision‑making skills.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
• Loves to learn and able to execute high‑level results.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $69,000.00 – $90,000.00 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
