Senior Process Engineer at Deep Sky

Elevate process design and integration with Deep Sky as a Senior Process Engineer. This hybrid role entails hands-on management of DAC facility technical integrity in Canada. Deep Sky is offering a senior individual contributor position focusing on process design and technology integration. You will influence energy optimization and technology selection, ensuring robust operations from concept to commercial deployment. The position allows for remote work within Canada, with occasional travel to project sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process design with H&MB and PFDs
- Develop P&IDs and ensure safety standards
- Perform advanced process simulations using Aspen Plus
- Select technologies for critical components of DAC
- Assess technical risks in solvent/sorbent performance
- Over 10 years in process design engineering
- Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
- P.Eng certification with a Canadian body
- Expert in Aspen Plus and HYSYS
- Proficient in English for technical communication
