Job Overview
We are seeking energetic, passionate, development minded and dedicated Volleyball Coaches to join our team and inspire athletes of all skill levels! As a Volleyball Coach, you will play a vital role in developing players’ skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young athletes while honing your coaching abilities. Whether you have experience in teaching or a background in swimming, your enthusiasm and commitment will help elevate our volleyball programs to new heights.
Duties
- Lead engaging volleyball practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Plan and execute game strategies to maximize team performance
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth and confidence
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, tournaments, and events
- Promote good sportsmanship and respectful conduct among players, officials, and spectators
Experience
- Prior experience in teaching or coaching volleyball is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for working with youth is essential
- Ability to communicate clearly and motivate athletes of diverse ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and strategies is advantageous
- Demonstrating versatility in athletic instruction
