Lead AI-ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer , you’ll build the models behind this platform, working closely with the founders on GNNs, computer vision, LLMs, and deep learning . You’ll take ML research from prototype to production and work directly with customers to solve real engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build GNNs and knowledge graph systems for engineering data.
• Fine-tune LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA and PEFT .
• Develop computer vision models for engineering drawings and documents.
• Implement graph algorithms for search, routing, clustering, and recommendations.
• Own the ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring .
• Work directly with customers and founders to build production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong Python and PyTorch experience.
• Experience with deep learning, CNNs, and computer vision .
• Experience with GNNs/geometric deep learning using PyTorch Geometric, DGL, or equivalent.
• Hands-on LLM fine-tuning experience, especially LoRA/PEFT.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high-agency, builder mindset .
• Independent project, research, startup, or open-source experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• AEC experience is not required.
