After Hours Call Attendant at CannAmm

Support CannAmm as an After Hours Call Attendant, providing essential customer service and booking support during overnight shifts. Engage with clients and teams while earning a permanent, full-time position. As a vital member of CannAmm's Booking Team, you'll handle end-to-end booking processes and administration for after hours testing. This remote role requires you to be adaptable and ready to interact with various teams, including Booking, Resulting, and Client Care. Your insights and efficiency will contribute directly to our commitment to health and wellness across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone and web bookings for after-hours testing
- Document call information following procedures
- Review forms for potential errors and data entry
- Coordinate communication with various internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- High School diploma required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Flexibility to work varying hours on weekends
- Bilingualism is an asset
