Your role will be crucial in guiding both new and established franchisees in their growth journeys. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor franchisees on enhancing operational margins
- Review and improve financial and operational outcomes
- Design and lead collaborative coaching sessions
- Guide leadership development within franchises
- Promote accountability and strategic planning
- 3-5 years' experience in coaching or operations leadership
- Strong track record in P&L improvements
- Skilled in group facilitation and coaching
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Ability to travel 10% within Canada and the US
