Dilawri Group is now actively searchingfor aGeneral Sales Managerto join the team at Audi Queensway.

Pay Rate: $125,000to $175,000 annually inclusive of salary and performance bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the newand pre-owned vehicle sales departments, including staffing, scheduling, salesprocesses, and performance management.
• Drive sales performance anddepartmental profitability while maintaining effective expense controls.
• Review monthly forecasts, commissionstatements, performance reports, and departmental results with the GeneralManager.
• Work closely with the Finance &Insurance team to identify opportunities to increase product penetration andgross profit.
• Oversee vehicle inventory,merchandising, pricing, and stock rotation to maintain a balanced inventory andaddress aging units.
• Review trade-in appraisals and supportvehicle acquisition, including attending auctions as required.
• Monitor pre-owned vehiclereconditioning to ensure vehicles are prepared for sale promptly.
• Review sales transactions for accuracyand completeness.
• Oversee lease renewal activities andinspect demonstrator vehicles regularly.
• Monitor customer satisfaction results,address concerns, and implement improvements to support customer retention.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivatesales staff in partnership with the General Manager.
• Conduct regular sales meetings andongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and teamperformance.
• Promote teamwork throughout the sales,delivery, and customer follow-up process.
• Keep the team informed of manufacturerproducts, programs, promotions, and financing updates.
• Maintain effective communication withall dealership departments.
• Ensure sales operations follow companypolicies, applicable regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, andsafe sales environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of managementexperience; automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with theability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills,with the ability to make sound decisions.
• A passion for customer service and acollaborative approach to working with employees, customers, and otherdepartments.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
• Strong business acumen, with theability to review financial results and manage departmental performance.
• Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems anddealership sales tools.
• A positive, can-do attitude and aproactive approach to problem-solving and accountability.
• Ability to remain composed, adapt, andhandle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry-related training andcertifications, as required.
