Superintendent Needed: Join Chandos

Become a Superintendent at Chandos, where you will lead site-specific construction activities with precision and accountability. This role prioritizes safety and teamwork to meet project goals. Chandos seeks a dedicated Superintendent with over 2 years of demonstrated experience in large-scale construction. In this role, you will manage the entirety of project activities, from planning and scheduling to addressing risk and safety concerns. Your leadership will drive the success of teams and projects, ensuring compliance with high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections and manage site safety standards
- Oversee all project activities, including budget and scheduling
- Provide mentorship and oversight to field staff
- Manage resource allocation and remove project roadblocks
- Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
- 2+ years’ experience in construction supervision
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods
- Projects valued at $500,000 to $5 million range
- Proven capability in managing complex project logistics
- Advocate for training and employee development
