Organized Office Clerk Needed in Red Deer

Step into a rewarding role at our Business Support Centre in Red Deer as a full-time Office Clerk. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and organizational skills. Our team is in need of an Office Clerk to manage records, process payments, and maintain filing systems. You'll be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and communication, while supporting internal departments and our digitization project. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
- Accurately process incoming payments on a daily basis
- Prepare monthly statements and invoices for customers
- Collaborate with various teams on ongoing projects
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred
- Capability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Experience in an office setting advantageous
