Technical Lead for Transformative GCP Migration and Leadership

Tekgence Inc

Steer the migration of applications to GCP as a GCP Technical Lead. With hands-on experience in cloud architectures and project leadership, guide teams through transformative migrations to the cloud. This senior role involves end-to-end management of migration initiatives, requiring you to develop robust strategies for moving applications and databases. You will assess existing systems, design migration workflows, and implement best practices while mentoring teams to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee GCP migrations from on-premise systems
Assess and develop target-state architectures
Optimize applications post-migration for performance
Ensure security and compliance during transitions
Mentor teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Strong background in GCP core and migration technologies
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes required
Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
Understanding of networking and security best practices
