Job Responsibility:
Location: 3987 Highway 7, Unit 1, Markham, Ontario
As a Catering Lead, you own the catering business channel and support the bakery-cafe managers by increasing the levels of effectiveness, operational integrity, and subsequently highly satisfied guests. Together with the management, production, and delivery teams, you divide and conquer the work that needs to be done through daily planning and team development/supervision.

Main Duties:
- Provide leadership within the catering channel in warmth, cleanliness, quality, speed, and accuracy
- Role model Engage, Explore, Exceed (EEE) and exude Panera Warmth for Guests
- Coach, drive, and validate shift expectations to ensure that we deliver on our two main commitments to the
- Catering Guest:
- 100% accuracy, quality, and presentation
- On time delivery
- Follow routes and time schedule.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Work with management and team Members to actively share catering priorities and knowledge
- Coordinate all resources within the bakery cafe to ensure product availability and quality
- Coach, role model and hold accountable all food safety and quality guidelines (20-minute process) for catering
- Prepare all food items using the How To's and other job aids
Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, days, hours including weekends and night shifts.
- On-the-job training is provided.
- Preferably Experienced in the food industry.
- Must have a vehicle - required to deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
