Wigmore Regional Hospital City/Town: Moose Jaw Department: Human Resources Business Partnerships - Rural Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 31, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job : The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is responsible for performing key functions within the Human Resources portfolio, by providing advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and by acting as the main point of contact for HR services for operational leaders within the assigned service area. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations as well as ensuring HR is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Experience in Health Care Management
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Human Resources diploma
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
