Description du poste
Supérieur immédiat : Directrice marketing
Sommaire du poste : Vous serez la personne-ressource responsable de la gestion et du suivi des budgets marketing incluant à la fois les programmes coop financés par les manufacturiers et le budget interne. Vous assurerez avec précision l’entrée des données et les analyses budgétaires. Vous travaillerez de façon autonome et rigoureuse, puisque la qualité de votre travail a un impact direct sur l’efficacité de nos initiatives marketing.
Responsabilités principales
Tâches administratives (80%)
- Effectuer les processus de réclamation et réception des crédits auprès des manufacturiers ;
- Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour du compte grand-livre (entrées et dépenses liées aux budgets) ;
- Produire et envoyer les rapports mensuels aux clients ;
- Gérer les communications internes et externes liées aux programmes et budgets ;
- Développer et optimiser les processus existants pour améliorer l’efficacité et la précision ;
- Effectuer d’autres tâches de coordinations connexes.
Tâches d’analyse (20%)
- Effectuer l’estimation mensuelle des budgets annuels par fournisseur et suivre l’évolution des dépenses en fonction des prévisions ;
- Identifier les écarts budgétaires, analyser leurs causes et recommander des ajustements pour optimiser l’utilisation des fonds ;
- Évaluer la performance des programmes coop et proposer des recommandations pour maximiser leur impact ;
- Suivre les fonds accordés aux clients B2B et produire des analyses comparatives entre montants alloués et utilisés ;
- Collaborer avec la direction marketing pour produire des rapports synthèses, des bilans de fin d’année et des outils d’aide à la décision.
Qualifications
Expérience
- Diplôme universitaire (ou DEC avec expérience) en administration, finances, comptabilité ou gestion.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle administratif avec une forte dimension budgétaire ou comptable.
Compétences clés
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel. (Tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules complexes)
- Confort avec les outils Microsoft Power BI ou un intérêt à apprendre.
- Capacité à travailler seul (e) et à structurer son travail sans supervision constante.
- Sens aigu de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.
- Capacité à analyser, synthétiser et communiquer clairement ses recommandations à un public non financier.
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (niveau intermédiaire).
Personnalité recherchée
- Autonomie : la personne doit aimer et savoir travailler de manière indépendante.
- Esprit analytique : capable d’aller au-delà des chiffres pour en extraire un sens utile.
- Proactivité : ne pas seulement exécuter, mais proposer des améliorations et anticiper les besoins.
