We are seeking a Information Business Analyst to join our client's team. We need a highly skilled and adaptable professional to support a diverse range of technology-driven projects across our organization. This is a dynamic role where you'll apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment, working with various teams and leaders to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
• Develop OCM deliverables such as communication plans, training materials, user guides, and
adoption tracking tools.
• Support business process change activities and ensure alignment between technical changes and
end-user needs.

• Coordinate with project teams to integrate OCM activities into project and release schedules.

Qualifications
a minimum of seven (7) years experience in a business analyst role.
• must have healthcare experience with a clinical application implementation within the last five (5) years.
• The ability to translate business requirements into specifications, data flows and clinical workflows.
• Previous experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation.
• The ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner to all levels in the organization,
such as senior leaders, clinicians, frontline staff, etc.
