The Team

The Global Operations Technology – Operations and Corporate Services plays a critical role in enabling Global Engineering, Operations and Functions to deliver against its mission to bring innovation and value to the Bank with confidence and reliability, by acting as a catalyst for Global Operations across the division.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Development, the incumbent will be part of a development team that administers and designs applications in addition to supporting them.

The role requires involvement in all software lifecycle phases from the inception to support including retirement of legacy applications. Lead IT implementation projects by working with the Business to identify and document requirements, set reasonable project timelines, document resource needs, risks and project scope.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Applying a senior working level of knowledge in a professional/technical field related Procurement Services (Coupa Core P2P, and Coupa Risk Assess), following the organization's operating procedures:
• Provide Procurement Services (Coupa) expertise and technical knowledge
• Thorough understanding of skills and responsibilities needed for ownership of software in a large financial institution
• Previous experience in adhering to audit/compliance requirements for software in a financial institution
• Answer queries and resolve issues related to Procurement Services (Coupa) and escalate or close tickets as necessary.
• Build out requirement taxonomy and mapping to technology solution for Corporate Procurement Services
• Independently conducts moderately complex routine operations and maintenance support activities
• Assesses and responds to moderately complex customer requests against organization operating policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines and makes recommendations
• Provides functional guidance to team members of a more complex nature
• Participate user acceptance testing of new application implementation releases
• Determines root cause of issues
• Devises course(s) of action that may fall outside of procedural and policy guidelines and standards and makes recommendations
• Maintains working relationships with key customers, clients, suppliers and contractors in more complex situations
• Develops action plans to address technical and competency gaps
• Provides functional guidance to more junior team members on more complex issues if required
• Work with various teams to maintain and troubleshoot integrations for several applications

What You Will Bring to Succeed

• 4+ years of procurement application support experience preferably using Coupa software (Coupa Core & Coupa Risk)
• Experience of understanding, maintaining, and supporting integration requirements for multiple applications
• Experience in supporting CLM applications and Risk applications (Preferable)
• Experienced in carrying out formal testing procedures that are a requirement for vendor upgrades
• Experience at a basic level for PeopleSoft is desirable
• Thorough understanding end of end Source-to-Pay process.
• Technical working knowledge of understanding cXML, HTML, JSON APIs, SFTP, SSO, SQL formatted files
• You have strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to work in a team environment
• You have strong computer skills including MS Office as well as the ability to learn software quickly
• Experienced application production support; must be good at troubleshooting technical and any production issues
• Proven to be a self-starter, someone who's able to be resourceful at learning and absorbing technical knowledge on their own.
