Own international tax across Mecka AI’s entities and markets, applying transfer pricing and ASC 740 expertise to global compliance. Build the tax infrastructure supporting robotics data operations.As Manager, Tax, you will oversee direct and indirect tax across several jurisdictions. You will manage filings, income tax provision, transfer pricing, and cross-border payments. You will advise commercial, operations, and legal teams on markets, deals, and acquisitions.Key Responsibilities:
Own corporate income tax, sales tax, VAT, and GST filingsPrepare ASC 740 provisions with the accounting teamBuild transfer pricing policies, agreements, and documentationAssess tax footprints before entering new countriesSet withholding and reporting rules for global paymentsRequirements:
Five to eight-plus years of tax experienceBig Four or national firm and in-house experienceCPA, CA, or equivalent accounting or tax qualificationHands-on international income, transfer pricing, withholding, and indirect taxExperience preparing or reviewing ASC 740 provisionsBring international tax, transfer pricing, and provision expertise to strengthen Mecka AI’s multi-country robotics data business.
