Job Description :-

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Candidates must possess a hands-on understanding of how models are built to design the systems that support them.

• Machine Deep Learning Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow or Py Torch and understanding model selection (e.g., supervised vs. unsupervised, reinforcement learning).

• Data Science Foundations Expertise data wrangling, statistical analysis, and visualization (Tableau, Matplotlib)

• Big Data ML Ops Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop for processing large datasets, alongside ML Ops tools for model versioning and deployment (ML flow, Kubeflow)

• AI Strategy Business Alignment- Value Assessment Identify high-impact business processes optimized by AI, separating realistic use cases from industry hype.

• Strategy Road mapping Define the enterprise roadmap for AI adoption, platform selection, and scaling models.

• Stakeholder Translation Act as a critical liaison between data scientists, IT infrastructure teams, and business leadership.

• System Design Integration- Architectural Blueprinting Define end-to-end data flows, API specifications, and choose deployment frameworks (cloud-native, hybrid, or on-premises).

• System Integration Ensure new AI models seamlessly connect with legacy databases, ERPs, CRMs, and core systems.

• Prototyping PoCs Direct High-speed Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions and model viability.

• Data Pipeline Architecture- Pipeline Collaboration Work with Data Engineers to establish reliable data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and feature storage systems.

• Data Quality Lineage Set governance policies regarding data transformation, semantic layers, and retrieval schemas (such as Graph RAG).

• Model Lifecycle ML Ops- ML Ops Standardiz ation Establish standard workflows for automated model deployment, versioning, and high-performance model service.

• Observability Drift Build automated monitoring to track model accuracy, latency, and data concept drift.

• Governance, Security, Responsible AI- AI Safety Guardrails Implement robust security guardrails, role-based access controls (RBAC), and prevent potential data leakage.

• Ethical AI Compliance Ensure all AI models are transparent, explainable, and compliant with relevant global data-privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
