Business Analyst, Strategy and Execution

This is a hybrid position (4 days a week in office from one of our office locations below and 1 day a week remote).

This opportunity can be based out of either Office Location below:

• Brampton location @ 1 Presidents Choice Cir, Brampton, ON L6Y 5S5 (near hwy. 407 and Mississauga Rd)
• North York location @ 243 Consumers Rd, North York, ON M2J 4W8 (near hwy. 404 and hwy. 401)

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Execution, the Business Analyst plays a key role in helping Technology & Analytics translate strategy into action by supporting planning, reporting, Ways of Working and priority initiatives across the department.

The role operates core planning and management cycles, works across T&A leaders and teams to turn information into clear, decision-ready materials, and helps build and improve the tools and processes that support visibility, accountability and informed decision-making. This is an opportunity for a driven and curious individual who is highly organized, comfortable working through ambiguity and interested in building a career at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology.

In this role, you will:

• Operate T&A planning and management cycles, coordinating inputs, timelines and follow-through across annual planning, MBRs, leadership meetings and other recurring planning requirements, and translating information into clear, decision-ready presentations, reports and briefing materials for leadership audiences.
• Support planning and visibility across the T&A technology roadmap by maintaining an integrated view of priorities, business impacts, key dependencies and required actions, ensuring information remains current and useful for planning and decision-making.
• Partner on discrete, time-bound department and tower initiatives as assigned, providing planning, coordination, analysis and follow-through to maintain momentum through completion.
• Maintain and improve T&A Ways of Working, tools and templates that translate strategy into actionable plans and enable consistent planning, reporting, accountability and informed decision-making across the department.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, business operations, project coordination or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity, distill complex information and develop clear, actionable insights and materials for senior audiences.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information, with strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret information and identify relevant insights.
• Skilled in developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports and briefing materials tailored to leadership audiences.
• Experience supporting strategic or annual planning, driving follow-through and translating priorities into actionable plans would be a strong asset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
• Collaborative, resourceful and action-oriented, with demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and the ability to work autonomously across teams.
