Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) - Remote

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal)

Pay Rate: Up to $46.00/hour, T4 + 4% Vacation Pay

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) to join a large corporate talent acquisition team supporting a variety of corporate business functions. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established organization, managing full-cycle recruitment activities while partnering with hiring managers and providing strategic recruitment consultation.

You will join a collaborative team of nine recruiters and support approximately 30 active requisitions across multiple corporate departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer stage


• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies


• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and selection activities


• Provide recruitment consultation and market insights to stakeholders


• Coordinate background checks and hiring processes


• Build candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities


• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills


• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience


• Experience working in both:




• Corporate/In-House Recruitment


• Recruitment Agency Environment


• Proven ability to provide recruitment consultation and hiring advice to business stakeholders


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment


• Post-secondary education

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Workday


• Advanced Microsoft Office/Power Platform skills


• Basic Excel reporting and analytics experience


• Experience recruiting within large, enterprise organizations
