KIT Recruitment is partnering with a Saskatchewan-based processing organization seeking **Plant Managers** for multiple facilities in the North Battleford area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who enjoys being on the plant floor, leading people, solving problems, and driving daily operations. Whether you're an experienced Plant Manager or a Supervisor or Assistant Manager ready for the next step, we're looking for individuals with strong grain and pulse processing experience. **Key Details**Full-time, permanent

North Battleford, SK **Responsibilities**
Lead daily grain and pulse processing operations
Oversee receiving, cleaning, grading, sizing, splitting, loading/unloading, and storage
Operate and supervise cleaners, gravity tables, de-stoners, indents, and color sorters
Lead and develop a team of up to 15 employees
Coordinate production schedules and workflow
Support maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards are met
Monitor plant performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives **Qualifications**
5+ years of progressive experience in grain or pulse processing (Plant Operator, Lead Hand, Supervisor, Assistant Plant Manager, or Plant Manager)
Experience with grain/pulse processing equipment and grain grading
Previous leadership experience in grain, pulse, agricultural commodities, or food processing
Strong understanding of plant operations, product flow, and quality standards
Maintenance troubleshooting knowledge
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety practices This role is ideal for someone who has progressed through grain or pulse processing into leadership and wants to continue building their career in a hands-on Plant Manager role.
