Mill Liner Product Design Engineer

ME Elecmetal, Inc.

Join ME Elecmetal as a Product Design Engineer focused on mill liner solutions. Design innovative products using CAD, leverage field data, and enhance performance in mining applications. This role is pivotal to our Mill Liner Products & Solutions team. As a Product Design Engineer, you will utilize engineering principles and 3D CAD to create and refine mill liner components. Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, you'll develop solutions to extend wear life and improve reliability in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities:

Design mill liner components with 3D CAD software
Analyze worn components through reverse engineering
Develop solutions for enhanced performance and reliability
Collaborate with customers and engineering teams
Support product development from concept to implementation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) credentials in Canada
Minimum 3 years in mechanical design or product development
CAD software experience, including PDM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
