Contract Sales Recruiter for TP

Become a Contract Sales Recruiter at TP, where you'll shape the future of our B2B sales force. This role focuses on every step of the recruitment journey to secure top talent. In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and sales leadership, ensuring alignment on hiring objectives. You will source high-quality candidates like SDRs, BDRs, and Account Managers, developing a strategic recruitment pipeline while handling multiple openings. Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for B2B sales roles
Cultivate relationships with sales teams for effective hiring
Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies
Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews seamlessly
Manage applicant data accurately in recruitment software

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-4 years in sales recruitment
Familiarity with Workday is advantageous
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with strong data management capabilities
Motivated to work independently in a fast-paced setting
