Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a world-class customer experience and making a significant impact within our dynamic startup environment.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force in connecting our clients with our experienced team to assist with the online car buying and selling journey. In our startup environment, we all wear many hats, and this role is no different.

Here are some of your key responsibilities:

· Initiate calls, texts, and emails to provide a warm introduction for our customers, assist with buying/selling vehicles, and walk customers through the benefits of purchasing with CarDoor and our unmatched car-buying experience.

· Highlight key benefits such as ease of use, white glove service, and CarDoor's reputation through every client interaction.

· Effectively manage a fast-paced environment, handle multiple clients and systems simultaneously, and achieve success in your role while contributing to organizational goals and client satisfaction.

· Ensure a positive buying experience by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.

· Prioritize tasks and clients based on urgency and importance.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.

· Adaptability and a customer-centric approach will be key to advancing in your role and achieving success in sales and customer service at CarDoor.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
