Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
The Indoor Playground Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the indoor play center, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and families. This role requires a highly creative event planner who can design exciting activities, personalized birthday parties, and special events. The ideal candidate must be empathetic, kind, and excellent with kids , fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations & Safety:
- Ensure the playground is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of play equipment and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect children and staff.
Event Planning & Customer Engagement:
- Develop and execute creative events , themed parties, and interactive activities to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with parents to customize birthday parties and special celebrations.
- Organize seasonal events, workshops, and educational play sessions.
Staff Management & Training:
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Supervise playground staff, ensuring excellent customer service
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss improvements and new ideas.
Customer Relations & Community Engagement:
- Greet and interact with children and families, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Build relationships with local schools, daycare centers, and community groups to promote the facility.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Oversee ticketing, membership programs, and promotional offers.
- Maintain records of bookings, attendance, and customer preferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 1 year of experience working in childcare centers or with children of all abilities.
· Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
· Must have excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to interact with all levels of guests in a professional and cordial manner.
· Good organizational/problem-solving skills must be self-motivated and very detail-oriented.
· Flexible shift availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the club. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,001.55-$42,000.00 per year
