- PREVIOUS CANADIAN TIRE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Execute merchandise based on corporate planograms or free-hand (e.g., aisles, ends, bases, bins, displays and wing panels, etc.).
- Update and replace signage and secure heavy display items.
- Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner.
- Recommend related products to customers so they leave with everything they need.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- PREVIOUS CANADIAN TIRE EXPERIENCE is required!!!
- Ability to complete detail-oriented tasks according to instructions
- Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, SATURDAY & SUNDAYS and holidays)
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
- Dependable, reliable, punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, good communication skills
- Experience executing planograms (asset)

The Merchandising Associate works in conjunction with Retail Operations Management to execute planograms and set up seasonal displays. This role involves building displays and stocking shelves throughout the store that are visually appealing and maximize impact on a day-to-day basis.
