Dynamic Event Manager Role OVG

Oak View Group

Elevate live entertainment with Oak View Group as a Dynamic Event Manager. This role focuses on comprehensive event management, from planning to operational execution. In your position, you will be responsible for managing and executing various events at OVG’s venues. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring all staff are well-trained while maintaining top communication with safety officials and clients. Your customer service skills will shine as you strive to enhance satisfaction at every event. Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and supervise event staff effectively
Collaborate with municipal officials and contractors
Prepare payroll and maintain event equipment
Create detailed plans for event execution
Review and improve service quality based on feedback

Requirements:

3-5+ years in event management roles
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Understanding of public safety regulations
Experience in budget management and event logistics
