We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our sales team in val d'or.
Description du poste: RÉSUMÉ
Le responsable de territoire est chargé de gérer un territoire de vente géographique tout en assurant la croissance des parts de marché et le développement des relations avec les clients. Le directeur de territoire sera également responsable du contrôle des dépenses, de la formation du personnel de vente, des mises à jour de la CRM et des prévisions de ventes mensuelles et annees.
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Vendre les produits Nors Construction Équipement ST ;
- Identifier et entretenir les relations avec les clients potentiels par le biais de visites sur site ;
- Fournir des prévisions de ventes mensuelles et annuelles en temps voulu ;
- Recueillir des informations sur l'évaluation du commerce ;
- Préparer les feuilles de calcul des coûts initiaux avant les nouvelles affaires ;
- Faciliter le bon déroulement des transactions en assurant la liaison avec le client ;
- Assister aux RFQs/RFPs ;
- Gérer tous les coûts associés à la gestion du territoire (dépenses).
LES COMPÉTENCES DE BASE
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership associées à une expérience approfondie de toutes les facettes des systèmes matériels et logiciels des SI et des TI ;
- Capacité à planifier et à mettre en œuvre des solutions technologiques et commerciales avancées tout en gardant le cap sur les résultats ;
- Style de gestion fondé sur le travail d'équipe et fortes capacités de communication interpersonnelle et d'interaction ;
- Orienté vers le but et les objectifs ;
- Persévérance créative et capacité d'écoute exceptionnelle.
ÉDUCATION/FORMATION
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires et/ou expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine de la vente ;
- Formation en matière de financement/location ;
- Participation et achèvement de la formation sur les produits.
