Lead scalable solutions.This Senior AVP Engagement Manager position guides enterprise analytics and AI strategies across complex transformation programs. You will define prioritized use-case portfolios, modernize data platforms, and connect architects, engineers, data scientists, and business teams. Your leadership links governed data foundations with measurable operational outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Define enterprise analytics strategies, roadmaps, and use-case portfoliosLead cloud migration, data engineering, governance, quality, and integrationGuide predictive, prescriptive, optimization, forecasting, and simulation solutionsEnable machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI initiativesEnsure solutions remain secure, scalable, adoptable, and outcome-focusedRequirements:
Experience leading enterprise data and AI transformationsUnderstanding of scalable and governed data foundationsAbility to partner with architects, engineers, and data scientistsStrength presenting complex findings to executive stakeholdersExperience managing multi-workstream transformation programsAdvance enterprise outcomes through data-platform modernization, governed AI, executive communication, and coordinated transformation leadership at EXL.
