B2B Paid Media Manager

Own paid media strategy for B2B and growing-brand clients at Blacksmith Agency, working remotely from Canada, South Africa, or the USA.
As Paid Media Manager, you direct Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads across several client accounts. You make budget, targeting, bidding, and creative testing decisions. Your work includes trusted conversion tracking, attribution, client roadmaps, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
- Test creative and decide when campaigns should stop
- Build quarterly and 90-day client roadmaps
- Support retention, upsell, and long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns independently
- Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
