You will conduct structured reviews, apply scorecards, and identify trends to enhance performance metrics. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to drive accountability and encourage adherence to litigation protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct file-level reviews of external counsel litigation
- Develop and apply scorecards for performance evaluation
- Identify trends and risks in external counsel work
- Generate data-driven insights for leadership
- Support relationship management through structured feedback
- LLB or JD in good standing in Canada
- 3-5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong understanding of litigation strategy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
