Position Summary
Family Medicine Opportunity + Ownership — Downtown Kelowna 1353 Richter Street — a brand-new, purpose-built medical clinic and integrated pharmacy opening in Kelowna's downtown core (targeting 2027).
- Physician-led — anchored by Dr. Hendrik Boshoff, building a family medicine group
- Fixed monthly overhead — know your costs, no surprises
- Ownership opportunity — physicians wiling to sign a contract can earn equity in the building itself, not just lease space
- Focus on patients, not paperwork — management, admin, and overhead decisions are handled for you, so you're not stuck in meetings
- Modern exam rooms, dedicated treatment rooms, women's health space, potential space for physiotherapy and an integrated dispensing pharmacy on-site
