Are you a visionary storyteller with a passion for marketing? Do you thrive on crafting compelling campaigns and developing innovative ads that captivate audiences and drive engagement? We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager for our family owned General Motors auto dealership. An individual to lead bold, out of the box and innovative ad campaigns for both sale and service that align with our value of community involvement and grass roots approach.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with the owner on developing long-term brand strategies that differentiate us from competitors.
- Think BIG - Develop bold, fresh new age marketing campaigns that go beyond traditional ads and make people take notice.
- Deliver complete concepts and content for multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print and video)
- Integrate Storytelling & Experiential Marketing - Can you tap into emotion, nostalgia, and real-world engagement, from interactive social content to immersive brand experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and metrics with marketing team for optimizing engagement and conversion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our brand innovative and competitive.
What You Bring:
- Experience in creative direction, advertising, or marketing (preferably in the automotive or relatable industries but not required)
- A portfolio showcasing impactful ad campaigns and branding strategies you created
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Strong team player mindset, clear communication, and excellent time management
- Ability to work in a collective environment and welcome feedback on ideas to apply it constructively to improve and refine your work.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,750.00-$85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
