Hiring: Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager
Location: Brampton, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 Days Onsite)
Experience Required: 10+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP consolidation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, program governance, data migration, and enterprise-wide ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation programs, including multi-instance to single-instance transformations
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery across Finance, SCM, and related business functions
• Coordinate business, IT, and System Integrator (SI) teams across multiple locations and stakeholders
• Lead financial consolidation initiatives, Chart of Accounts (CoA) harmonization, and process standardization efforts
• Oversee data migration strategies, execution planning, and validation activities
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
• Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance updates
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization
• Drive adoption of best practices across Oracle ERP Cloud implementations
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of ERP Program / Project Management experience
Strong Oracle ERP Cloud experience with:
• Oracle Financials Cloud (Mandatory)
• Oracle ERP Transformation Programs
• Oracle ERP Consolidation Initiatives
Proven experience in:
• Multi-instance to Single-instance ERP Consolidation
• Financial Consolidation
• Chart of Accounts (CoA) Harmonization
• Data Migration & Data Governance
• Business Process Standardization
Strong knowledge of:
• Project Governance
• Budget & Resource Management
• Risk & Dependency Management
• Stakeholder Management
Experience with:
• Agile Delivery Methodologies
• Waterfall Project Delivery
• Enterprise-Scale ERP Implementations
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle ERP Cloud Certifications
Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation programs
Experience working with global stakeholders and system integrator partners
Knowledge of SCM modules and cross-functional ERP integrations
