Projects Coordinator | Window & Door Manufacturer

We are looking for a Window & Door Coordinator for a window and door manufacturing company. This is an on-site office position for someone who is organized, responsible, and willing to learn. Must communicate clearly in English and Mandarin or Cantonese .

Responsibilities:

� Coordinate and follow up on window and door production schedules

� Communicate with installers, suppliers, and internal departments

� Review construction drawings, project documents, and orders

� Track project status, deliveries, and material readiness

� Update Excel spreadsheets, project files, and office records

� Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and general office administration

Requirements:

� Previous office experience required (2-3 year minimum)

� Must be able to read and understand construction drawings, blueprints, or shop drawings

� Must communicate clearly in English Mandarin or Cantonese

� Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications

� Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi task

� Experience in windows, doors, or manufacturing is an asset

Job Details:

� Full-Time, Monday to Friday

� On-site position only (no remote or hybrid option)

� Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
