Director of Federal Market Strategies
Securitas, Inc.
Securitas Canada seeks a Director specializing in federal strategic relationships to bolster growth in the government sector. This role focuses on strengthening connections and executing capture strategies with Government of Canada clients. As Director, you will lead cross-functional teams to enhance performance and client satisfaction during federal pursuits. You will be responsible for creating strategic relationship management plans, identifying opportunities early, and ensuring alignment with Securitas’ objectives. Your experience will drive effective collaboration and improvements in capturing federal opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic relationships with federal departments and agencies
- Define operational objectives for federal relationship management
- Build and maintain strategic account plans
- Oversee data analytics for opportunity pipeline
- Monitor competitive activity and report to senior leadership
- 8–10+ years in business development or related fields
- Proven ability to build senior-level relationships
- Strong understanding of Government of Canada processes
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
