About The Role Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for design and detail? We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a long-term contract. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms, crafting visuals that inspire, engage, and drive results.You’ll design everything from marketing collateral and lead-generation campaigns to video content and AI-enhanced creative projects. • Design impactful visuals – brochures, flyers, presentations, and other print materials.
• Develop digital campaigns – create and optimize assets for websites, ads, and lead generation.
• Champion our brand – maintain consistency and quality across all creative projects.
• Leverage AI tools – incorporate AI-assisted platforms to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Edit and produce videos – craft engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple priorities – deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Strong conceptual and visualization abilities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Solid video editing and production experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround projects.
• Fluency in Mandarin (preferred).
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a hybrid work setting.

Contract Details

• Type: Long-term Independent Contractor
• Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time equivalent)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rate: $22.00/hour, with potential for increase after 3 months
• Location: 2 Tippett Rd., North York, ON // Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
