Inside Sales Representative

Since 1980, our client has been a leader in flexible packaging and label manufacturing investing in state-of-the-art equipment. With both digital and flexographic options, our client has the market covered. Due to growth, they are adding an Inside Sales Rep to the team. If you have strong customer service skills and good technical abilities, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. Specific Responsibilities Include:- Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Become a valuable resource to all of your clients
- Provide a positive and professional image when interacting with clients & employees
- Attend Trade Shows and training workshops
- Formulate custom quotes and process custom orders
- Ensure order specs & delivery dates are met by coordinating with multiple departments
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the labels and packaging industry is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and multi-task
- Strong time management, problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pick up new product and service knowledge & communicate that to clients
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
