Remote Employee Relations Specialist, EMEA

Kinaxis

Kinaxis seeks an experienced Employee Relations Specialist for the EMEA region. This remote role supports managers, HRBPs, and Legal, handling complex ER matters and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will contribute to policy improvements, guidance on employment legislation, and collaboration with Works Councils while enabling organizational change across the region.
