Join HDGH Foundation as the Executive Director, where you’ll lead strategic initiatives for improved community health services and partnerships. This role prioritizes patient-centered care.
The Executive Director will work closely with the HDGH Senior Team, offering key organizational insights and leadership. Primary duties revolve around budget planning, program oversight, and fundraising activities. This role is essential for fostering a positive identity for HDGH and aligning community services with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and forge partnerships to enhance care quality
• Prepare annual operating budgets with team collaboration
• Revise and develop programs in partnership with staff
• Direct fundraising activities and manage donor outreach
• Report and provide updates to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Public Administration or Business
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of project and change management
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Discreet handling of confidential information
