Office Manager Capstone Immigration Services Ltd Location Penticton, BC Salary 37.00 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week Full time Day, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Perform data entry Train staff Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Resolve conflict situations Oversee payroll administration Plan and control budget and expenditures Additional information Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Organized Team player Until: 2026-07-03
