Ce poste à temps plein comprend la gestion complète de la paie pour un portefeuille d’employés, le respect des normes légales et l'interprétation des conventions collectives. Vous serez responsable de l’analyse, de la préparation de rapports de paie, et répondez aux requêtes tout en garantissant une expérience positive pour chaque employé. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectuer le cycle de paie complet et en respecter les délais
- Assurer l'intégrité des données de paie et la conformité légale
- Gérer les questions et plaintes de premier niveau
- Produire et analyser les rapports de paie nécessaires
- Documenter les procédures internes pour assurer conformité
- DEC en comptabilité ou RH, ou équivalent
- Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en traitement de la paie
- Expérience des systèmes SIRH comme Workday ou UKG
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel pour l’analyse de données
- Orienté service à la clientèle avec rigueur et détail
