Experienced Financial Analyst Driving Accounting Cycle Support and Analysis

This role demands high proficiency in financial analysis and communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle accounting support across business units
- Prepare and resolve account reconciliations and reports
- Maintain accurate records for audits and variance memos
- Review and enter time cards; manage expense coding
- Identify discrepancies and process improvements in accounting
- 3–5 years of financial analysis experience
- College Diploma or equivalent training required
- Familiarity with accounting systems and MS Office
- Understanding of GAAP procedures critical
- Pursuing an Accounting designation preferred
